Skill to Scale
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 17 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern any consultation, call, proposal, product, or service offered by Skill to Scale ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a call, receiving a proposal, or engaging our services, you ("you," "client") agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Skill to Scale helps people and businesses turn an existing skill, offer, or idea into a sellable product or a scaled version of what they already do. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Nothing on our website is itself an offer of specific services or pricing.
2. Ideas and proposals remain ours until paid for
Any concept, strategy, structure, framework, or idea we introduce to you, whether on a call, in a written proposal, in an audit, or in casual conversation, is our work product. It stays our property even if you never engage us.
You may not implement, build, launch, or otherwise use that idea, in whole or in part, yourself or through any other person or company, without our prior written consent and a paid engagement covering that work. If you do, we may invoice you for the value of that work at our standard rates and pursue any other remedy available to us.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, or outcome from our services. Results depend on your own effort, your market, and factors outside our control.
4. Confidentiality
We treat anything you share with us as confidential, and we ask that you treat our proposals, pricing, methods, and materials the same way, whether or not you go on to engage us.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and scope for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Sections 2 (Ideas and proposals remain ours until paid for), 4 (Confidentiality), and 6 (Limitation of liability) survive termination.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any engagement from that date forward.
